This was amazing chat. I love Richard. I also agree with you that you should not be an enabler for people who think they are born in the wrong body by calling them by their pronouns . I disagree when you talked about beliefs and you said if people are incentivized with money their belief will change. Wrong. When people are incentivized with money their BELIEF does not change but they would LIE and PRETEND to go along with whatever the money giving entity is suggesting.... Most people, not all. One of my Uni teachers of Social Psychology said to us once: put a person in a position of power and watch how they change if they are a psycho, you then see who is a good person and who was a bad one wearing a mask until they got into power and felt safe to take it off. Also... another professor said anyone can prove anything the ones who pay them for the research want them to find in that research... was taught to always follow the money. I had wonderful professors in uni... Eastern Europe though. Also you should read 'the Tale of the Body thief' by Anne Rice if you want to know about experiences in other bodies lol

Your channel is excellent! Although I am not woke I agree with you about the fact that it's very hard to believe that an entire group of professionals would wilfully, recklessly and permanently mutilate people just for the $1 million per person. I believe we persuade ourselves into believing some of the things we do but there are seriously evil people who would in fact go as far as killing for money and the price and the idea of being 'set for life'. Dr Richard Grannon is excellent!

My 16 yo son's girlfriend of one year came out as a trans boy a few months ago. They (that's as far as I'm willing to go) are very similar in personality type to the FIVE other young girls I've seen go through this in the past few years. They have ADHD/ASD to some degree a history of severe mental health issues, a chronic physical health condition, and (despite being on the brink of womanhood) an affinity for little girl things like My Little Pony, Hello Kitty, and such. The oldest of these girls has already "detransitioned". Thank G*d she never did anything medical. My son's partner has rejected her parents offer to get hormone treatment and even doesn't want to cut her hair off. She just wears a shorter style wig. My son is super supportive. SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE. These girls have a different problem that is going unrecognized. Whatever is going on in society has dropped a bomb in my life and is shattering my ability to launch my son into healthy adulthood. I appreciate what you are doing. Hearing a voice tell me that I'm not the crazy one means a lot.

I'm a gay man in my 60s who serves reality. Other than our shared desire to be free and equal, I rarely, if ever, experienced a community of shared values among my gay and lesbian fellows, but I realize, now, that I took it for granted that a gay social space was a gay social space. They've been commandeered by transgenderists. My background is in old-school clinical and research psychology, before it was captured by ideology. We can believe whatever we like, but reality doesn’t give a damn about what someone believes. Reality is obvious: An XY male cannot actually know the physiological experience of being a female, nor an XX female the physiological experience of being a male. Anytime someone says he or she feels stuck in the body of the wrong sex, or feels he or she is the opposite sex, that’s based on imagination, not reality, not physiological fact, because the physiology is simply different. Men don’t know how a female orgasm feels, nor how a period feels, nor how being pregnant, delivering a child and nursing a child feels, and a woman doesn’t know how a male erection and climax feels. It’s an impermeable boundary. Anyone believing otherwise is imagining something not real, period. I serve reality. My language serves reality.

While I'm not gay, I have gay (married) friends. My male friends *hate* transgender people and consider them toxic jerks looking for constant drama. The female friends are all for it - and they're teachers. Let that sink in a little. The problem has a lot to do with women in particular, their natural - and needed - empathy leads them down the path towards supporting the idea that a child may not be their assigned sex "inside." If you don't believe that to be true, I invite you to relate to me all the feminists that are speaking out against transgender males in women's sport... the silence is deafening.

Well said. Common sense. All of this rubbish highlights how truly 'sheep like' humans are. The trans thing is clearly mad to anyone who has critical thinking skills. But it's absolutely strange and very worrying that a lot of my supposedly intelligent professional friends - in their 60s - are actually convinced that people can be and become what they want to be, and noone is allowed to challenge anything and upset anyone about the trans issues. Ideology on a massive scale.

I want to correct Andrew. The two boys who were twins that he mentioned were from Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada. The brother in question had nothing wrong with his penis, but when his parents had him circumcised as a baby the doctor made a mistake and actually cut off his penis or damaged it so badly that the parents decided to raise him as a girl having consulted Dr. Money who encouraged them to do so. He told them everything would be fine but of course it was the exact opposite. The boy never ever felt like a girl and ended up taking his own life later on. ( Look up the Reimer brothers). Such a heart wrenching, heartbreaking story.

Lesbian here. One of the reasons trans has become such a prominent issue is because the ideology has given a massive number of straight people permission (in their minds) to claim trans/queer identities. There are estimates as high as 3 straight people to every 1 LGB person in the community now, which has financially encouraged legacy LGBT organizations to all but completely erase LGB issues in favor of promoting an ideology that "queer" straight people rely on to be something other than straight. The gay civil rights movement has been overrun, co-opted, and destroyed by a belief system that is inherently homophobic. It's a nightmare.

Andrew's analogy between the current trans ideology and a doctor permitting an anorexic girl to self-identify as "fat" is so spot on. I'm also interested in the comorbidity of autism and trans and how many young women may be attracted to participating in this trans experiment because they are afraid of physical maturity and escalating hypersexualisation of their bodies. Great conversation. Really appreciated the inverse interview with Richard, too. Kudos!

Yes I don't think many of these young women actually want to be men, its more like they don't want to become women and grow up, they want to stay genderless sort of children. I'm still not very comfortable in my body but being skinny with boyish/androgenous type figure helps.
@tela1653
@tela1653 8 күн бұрын
@@krissyk9767a genuine question, why do you not feel comfortable in your body? I will clarify my question. You see, when growing up I was a tomboy didn't sit inside playing with Barbies, was outside building treehouses, go-carts and such, when dressing up (you know, the old fashioned dressing up in your parents old clothes stored in a chest) I always wanted to be the man or boy. When reaching puberty I was shy about my body, didn't wear short skirts and such, thought I had no figure and was too heavy, which I definitely was not (God if only I had that figure now😄), wished I was more petite as I thought that was more feminine, so in a sense I also felt uncomfortable in my body but I didn't want to become an actual boy. As I got older, well after my twenties, and developed a feminine figure I got comfortable in my body. Looking back on myself I think my not being comfortable in my body had to do with my perception of what a girl or woman should look like and me not fitting in that mold and not being comfortable with that rather than not wanting to have a female body. Do you think that you not being comfortable in your body may have to do with your own perception of what a female body should look like? Or perhaps the fact your body doesn't fit society's and even more so social media's perception of what a woman should look like is feeding into you feeling uncomfortable in your own body?

The issue with adults doing this (mostly men) is that they are autogynophiles (they get off on being seen as women) and do not have a right to go into women's protected spaces, our bathrooms etc where we are vulnerable. All a man has to do is say he's trans and he's allowed to go into a woman's bathroom. I loved playing with matchbox cars as a young girl. I had a friend who was a boy and we played together. I always wanted Lego as well but my parents never bought me Lego. They did not have the « pink girl themed Lego then ». I never thought I was a boy in a girl’s body. I am over 65+ but so happy I grew up in the era I did. 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s were the absolute best. I could just be free to be me. No adult trying to label me. I always knew I was just who I was. I liked what I like. As I matured I was always an independent female but I am a female and happy I am but appreciate I was able to be an independent female to just be me.

I also love Lego to this day ... Lego was non gendered when I was young.

Andrew Gold delivers again. I'm only halfway through and love this conversation. I'm in the U.S. and had no idea who Tommy Robinson was until a year ago. I love watching old debates and follow the Oxford Union YT channel. Last year I stumbled upon Tommy Robinson's speech from around 8-9 years ago and was blown away. You could feel the authenticity come through. It was striking. I then started looking at his other interviews and began following his story. It is shocking how much the mainstream reporters have lied about him.

I absolutely agree with you. I live in the UK and had heard of him via the football gangs who caused trouble at matches, years ago. I had heard of the EDL but never followed the reporting about it. However I accidentally came across Tommy Robinson being interviewed recently and watched the two peaceful protests he organised. I was fascinated by his powerful truth telling rhetoric. I've now started watching his documentaries, which are absolutely brilliant investigative journalism. He tells the truth and he's so patriotic, and he can see how corrupt this country is, and how much Islam is pushing to take control.

I'm trying to lose weight and so today I checked my BMI on the NHS app. They've removed the sex. Everything else, ethnicity (because this matters as weight varies in accordance to this) was there, but the are you male or female option has gone. Sex does affect weight massively! Females naturally carry more fat than males. But biology must be transphobic or something. Scary stuff.

Years ago I was in really great shape and I started dating a gym trainer. He wanted to take my body fat and work with me to improve my body. He told me my body fat was 19% and I looked on the wall of his office at the chart and immediately became distressed. I said oh my god! I am overweight bordering obese! He said which chart are you looking at? Apparently the men’s chart has much lower body fat than the women’s. I was on the low side of healthy! Yes. Biological sex should be a factor in bmi and body fat calculation.

Trans = BIG PHARMA. Once the 'mutilation' has started, the intervention medication is for life. The breakdown of data on financial benefits to BIG PHARMA has been shown to be outrageously beneficial. Same applies to the current Ozempic craze. One simply has to look at the rise in share value of PHARMA who produce this product. A product that we are yet to see the long term serious side effects. I divorced my ex husband some 8 years before found out he was trying to tr4nsition so I wont say Im a tr4ns widow BUT since we share a son and since my son was still seeing his dad quite regularly the whole thing really upset me and angered me and stressed me out. I questioned my decisions to not divorce sooner and questioned my decison to not have been that woman who fights to keep the child from the father. His poor second wife actually knocked on my door one night and wanted to talk. They live nearby. Id always been open to speak with her about anything but she had been standoffish. She talked that night for no less than 6 hours straight because she was so upset and stress by what he was doing. Turned out hed cheated on her when she was pregnant and had given her an std because he was sleeping with other men. To add to it all auto gyno (philia) if you read about it tends to manifest in men who are around girls who are going through puberty. I Don’t think women in most countries are being told they are perfect and the world around them must change. Let’s start with Afghanistan shall we….! as a little girl growing up I felt ashamed of my sex because men ruled the world - we learnt about the successes of men throughout history, and men held the positions of power and influence. I couldn’t understand why but presumed women were not as intelligent or capable as men despite hating the thought of it. In the 90’s I saw that things were looking up for women with more rights and opportunities and that in actual fact women could achieve many things a man could. Now just 25 years later we have men taking women’s spaces and our sports awards and even taking down our woman only spaces. It’s not a powerful feeling being a women or girl I can assure you. It’s a vulnerable feeling if anything which is why we rely on having laws to protect elements of our lives from discrimination.

Yes, it's interesting, isn't it? I grew up long ago in the west. We women struggled to be accepted as equals into previously male preserves, such as medicine, academia, business. Now it seems as if many men have resented women coming out of the kitchen, and are saying "now we will get back at you", by encouraging men to pretend to be women in order to invade their private spaces, steal their sporting achievements, even pretending they can physically breastfeed babies (a serious delusion), and much more. Men used to stand in solidarity with women, now many are standing with the enemy of women.

It's been heartening to see that Andrew's come to his views through a similar route that I did. Cults have always been intriguing to me, and for the longest time I was mostly devouring information on Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Christian Scientists (not what it sounds like), and eventually Scientology. So when I met some very poorly-adjusted trans people at work, when I found myself briefly on the wrong side of a trans dogma, and when I was told to disbelieve my lying eyes reading the compassionate and sensible essay of JK Rowling, it clicked pretty quickly that there were distinctly cult-like aspects at play. And now to this day I'm helplessly fascinated by how it's seemingly short-circuited peoples' common sense when it comes to things like policies to make teachers lie to parents about their child's mental health, affirming eunuch-gendered youths, or telling toddlers that you're non-binary if you don't feel like a girl or a boy (whatever that's supposed to mean). I might think I was the one going crazy, if I didn't seem to be in the company of all three remaining three Horsemen (of atheism), and if it weren't for folks like Andrew making it more clear I'm not alone and it's not out of hate that I think this is all a bit wacky.

You should read 1984. The most interesting thing about it is that it shows how people censor themselves, it’s not the authoritarian system that is pushed on them, it’s the manipulation of the meaning of words that causes the people to think a certain way. I know it’s very hip to say we’re living in Orwellian times, but Orwell really had something to say about how the mass-mind works. If someone says to you that the book is just about how bad authoritarianism is, then they haven’t really understood the book. It’s about how ‘we’ make authoritarianism possible.

The doctor and parents would have discussed how to raise the child. The society is very male dominated and a boy with a misshapen penis would be a big no to the family. As the child grew it was evident to everyone that the xy chromosomes were doing what they are supposed to do and pushing the child into male puberty. I look forward to the day when sufferers rise up and collectively proclaim that the number of fingers and toes in humans are on a spectrum, present day gloves are offensive and shops must carry ranges of clothes to cater for extra digits and all films and tv adverts must depict at least one character with more than five fingers for them to be considered for an award. Maybe someone will write a historically inaccurate but playful drama about British Regency era high society where everyone has 6 fingers............... 'Digiton' perhaps.

Because it's scarily rare for people to be truly rational and reasonable, for various reasons? The scientific method is meant to be the ultimate in being logical and fact-based, but in reality, as it works in academia due to personal bias or follow the money, even "science" is very often not scientific. That's where paradigm shifts come in: that new actual discovered scientific truths in any field can take a generation or more to be accepted.

Back in 2005 British writer Hanif Kureishi wrote an essay after he visited London mosques and heard the viciousness of the preaching. Nearly 20 years of opportunity to respond to Islamic inspired violence. Failed and dealing with the consequences.

Andrew you are so lovely and empathic. Humble too and self aware. I learned you have OCD in a previous video of yours. I have OCD as well. I'd love you to do a video about the true nature/definition of OCD and the debilitating effect it has on us sufferers. My OCD centres around the extreme fear of causing harm to others. That could mean saying the wrong thing....or convincing myself I HAVE said the wrong thing...or DONE the wrong thing. Checking phones, candles, cookers, doors, windows, clocks.....asking for reassurance.....the list goes on. Please will you consider doing a programme on it? 🤗

The elephant in the room that nobody mentions is its odd how they mostly seem to totter around in heels and mini dresses to go shopping, instead of just dressing like 99.9% of the real women around them 🤷🏻‍♂️ jmo

Hitler was the first socialist to start identity politics. Hitler changed his socialism from class struggle to racial struggle. Where Hitler's folk, the Aryan white race was oppressed by the Jewish race. Today's socialists have also abandoned class struggle in favor of race struggle, but now the white race is the oppressor along with the Jews... Adolf Hitler was the first politically elected European politician to refer to Palestine as a pure Arab Muslim nation... Just like today's socialists... And they call other people fascists...

So glad you invited Richard Grannon. I listen to him talk about narcissism even though I am not particularly interested in narcissism. I just really like people who are able to think clearly and are not afraid to say what they think. That's why I really like this podcast. Thank you for your courage in putting these conversations out there.

What science ? The science that proves there’s only 2 sexes ? The science that created DSM and recognises mental health issues including fantasy, delusion, dysphoria, narcissism and psychopathy ? We can’t reject the accurate science as above but have to be careful when science is deliberately abused - such as manipulating data and the false narrative people encountered during alleged Covid, ie. you couldn’t trust the science when it’s manipulated by the Gates foundation, Fauci or hospital Dr’s expecting hundreds of thousands of dollars.

One of the most wonderful and useful things about this sort of conversation is its continuation in the comments, where you learn as much if not more from people who have lived these issues. One can learn the talking points to use in helping stop the spread of this ideology in people not equipped to defend themselves against it.

This was brilliant program. Thank you Andrew and Richard. I found Richard from watching heretics and love Richard having had multiple narcs in my life. The two of you together makes me wish I could be sitting at that table. I think I am centrist. I knew very little about Tommy until he was arrested in Calgary where I live and started learning more about him. I heard what was said about him but having listened to him I find he has been mischaracterized. Sadly folks are using him as their scapegoat.
