Thank you for this perfect training video, Master Andrew Plitt. I found this video as a refresher, since I have taken the 24 form before. It is perfect for the following reasons: I can hear every word you are saying, since you don't have an overt accent and you are not outdoors which eliminates other sounds. You don't have any music playing, which is good. Perfect speed and execution. The movements are listed at the bottom for handy reference. And you show the form from the back, just like in a class, so easy follow along. I highly recommend this video. Well done!

Thank you so much for this instructing video. I love my Tai Chi instructor, but he was none verbal instructor. He was taught by Grand Master Chen Zheng Lei in Hong Kong; His English is good, but I don't think he is comfortable speaking in English to give instructions. He's awesome to watch, so graceful.

Had a whoosing sound in my left ear, so I goggled it. They recommended yoga, but I figured that I'd get my Tai Chi first before yoga. Good choice!! Balancing was great on the kicks! Now to visit you tube (yoga with Andriene), and call the ear doctor this am! Xie Xie

Great session before bedtime! I tape recorded this session into my tablet and cell phone. This allows me to learn the steps without watching the video and rely on your voice. At first, it was tricky listening to your voice, but it's a work in progress. I am going back to the instructional series and fine tuning the moves that give me a problem. Overall, practice, practice and more practice. Xie Xie Si fu

Thank you Master Andrew! Last step-end of Form 24 😊 You see, I can believe in myself how I have progressed from scratch in practicing TaiChi in the last 9 months! With your guidance, learning the steps of Form 24 and especially on the platform of the Folow Allong-Connecting Moves and QiGong Basics series. I sincerely hope that the Follow Allong platform will continue to work in the future for any of the next Tai Chi Forms. Thank you for all your hard work, with regards, Renato from Slovenia

Congrats on making it to the end of the 24 form! That is impressive progress, keep it up! I am definitely planing to include follow-along videos with my future series. It seems to have been a very useful format for a lot of people based on the feedback I have been hearing. Thank you for all the hard work you have put into your training. These videos may have shown you what to do, but you are the one who had to put in the consistent work that got you to this point. That level of dedication is commendable. :)

FOCUS, FOCUS & MORE FOCUS! It's hard to maintain without side distractions. The transition move from singlewhip to start of clouds gets me and balancing on carpet requires more patience (hard floors are okay, providing I straighten the core). Well, now to enjoy the day!! Xiexie laoshi

Love it!!! A mirror would be nice because it would allow us to see your hands when your back is to us. Your voice instructions do make up for the absence of one. I started with Paul Lam and have detected a little variation in some of the poses, but I feel more comfortable with your teaching. Your voice carries very well and you're awesome when dictating hand motions. The problem I had with Mr. Lam is that his voice is so soft that I would spend more time trying to listen to him that I would lose my focus. During the transitional turn around poses, I have to look over my shoulder to see your pose. I tried a mirror in front of the TV, but that didn't work to well. I guess I'll have to practice, practice and more practice. I am trained in Master Moy Lin Shen's 108 Tai Chi moves which has made it a little easier with some of the positions. Appreciate ya!

Today was good but not great, but the focus was there. Mistake was in balancing left kick. Need to use the four corners of the right foot with an emphasis on the outside of the right foot. Other than that, bring on the day!!!

The 24 form is a beautiful flowing medatative session! Still fine tuning, and yes there different mistakes in each session. Some sessions are great and others are good! There is no bad session. Focusing is the key and I believe that can be reinforced through meditation. Is there a session in your library? Thank you Master Plitt!

Fine tuning by practice, practice and more practice! I have balancing issues with the heel kick, punching ears with both fists, and heel kick left. Balance has always been an issue in yoga and tai chi for me. Is there a session that practices improving balance? Thanks

Staying healthy is one very important issue. Am coming off a knee sprain. No tai chi or yoga for the past four weeks. Don't know how it occurred. Could have been when cutting a tree down, or when doing a snake move during 108 moves tai chi. Either way, be careful in what you do before doing it. I think I was negligent and twisted the knee before I planted the foot. Don't know, but I won't forget the pain.

Success! Have reached Form 24! Now to review and continue to practice and self critique myself. The start of clouds, shuttles and needle at sea bottom are forms that require more practice. Their is one near by Tai Chi business that I have looked at but they have some unofficial reviews (more Kung Fu than Tai Chi) that lead me to believe that they want students for Kung Fu. I am 69 yrs old and don't want to be a punching bag. Plus I have some serious low back issues. Do you have videos that address "block instruction series (e.g. Form 18 - 21)? Xie Xie

The Goal is in sight! From after the rising cock poses to the end is beautiful but a little complicated. I have to watch feet placement and arm motion. More practice, practice until it becomes rote. It would be nice to find a Tai Chi location. I'll keep looking. I would like to have someone watch and critique me. Xie Xie

A couple of weeks ago, I received an email from the Knoxville, TN Taoist Tai Chi Society concerning their class schedule. They had trained me in Master Moy Lin Shin's 108 move Tai Chi. A few years ago, they had shut down classes in North & Eastern Knoxville, and moved all of their classes to West Knoxville. So, since it was a one way 45 min drive to one of their sessions and since I was paying a monthly $40 membership, I stopped attending. When I received their email, I figured, why not? So I attended one session and all went well. That instructor recommended I attend the Monday class with the Society Officers. The other day, I went and they remembered me. They asked what have I been doing, so I told them that I was practicing at the Senior Center under a certified instructor who taught the Paul Lam 73 Form and that I had learned the 24 form (I didn't tell them who or where). All of a sudden there was a stone silence. I thought they would be okay with me learning another Tai Chi form. Nope! It was like I had used the F word in a church. We did the set and took a break, when one of the officers came up and recommended that I attend Tai Chi at another location that was other than their session. I was tempted to say something in reply, but I realized that anything I said would fall on deaf ears. I didn't walk out but stayed till the end, then walked out. The attitude displayed by the officers was unprofessional and sends a negative message to any and all individuals who are looking for a Tai Chi class to join. Bummer!
