You guys really cover a lot of ground during the course of a year. Great work. I liked the Yamaha A-S3200, Decware Zen and Klipsch and Magnat speakers from your reviews. In fact I ordered the Yamaha A-S1200 because it is more my budget. Should arrive Tuesday. I like that it is all analog and won't have an out dated dac or version of bluetooth to deal with in the future. Also that I can switch the speakers off and use the pre amp out to feed my tube amp giving me flexibility. I also ordered the Decware Zkit1 kit version of the zen and will put that together after the first of the year.

My nominees are the Kanto YU Passives and the Samsung Q950A sound bar. And the winner is….. The Samsung Q950A!! Your advice and reviews made me cancel an order for the Klipsch Cinema 1200 and am I ever glad I did. The Samsung is a relentless monster that’s got me seriously thinking about selling my main AVR system and replacing it with a second Samsung. The convenience and the full 11.1.4 Atmos system are a steal at its price. It only has two faults. The damned display on the top and not having the controls that display oversees on the app. Other than that, I love the thing. Bravo, Samsung.

Thank you for the product reviews. Thank you doesn't feel like enough but it is all I have for now while I recover from lower back fusion. My personal product of the year was the Wharfedale Lintons... i now can't wait for that review! I, for one, AM surprised by Kristis pick for product of the year!! So nice to hear a reviewer choose a budget minded product, purely on how it sounded! If we are going to encourage a new generation of audiophiles, we must have products that are VERY affordable to get them in to the hobby. I haven't heard them personally, but of the products that I have heard, that you guys compared them to, I can tell that they are something that WOULD appeal to new folks to the hobby! Thank you guys for all thst you do! I have taken your recommendations on some products, and I don't know what I would Do if I hadn't listened to your review of the Crown XLS drivecore amp...it just brought my Maggie's to life! There have been a couple “silver linings” in the COVID-19 cloud for me and getting into HiFi audio and finding this channel are 2 of them. Thank you Andrew AND Kristi (honestly I think I look forward to Kristi’s opinions as much as Andrew’s and her importance to this channel shouldn’t be under appreciated) for such thoughtful intelligent and honest reviews. My product of the year is absolutely the Beolab 28’s that I serendipitously got to demo in NYC last week. I wrote a lengthy comment on that video last week but I’ll just say those speakers were like none I’ve seen or heard and they literally moved my wife to tears. I often roll my eyes at audio gear that is cost of a used car but these speakers were such a revelation that my wife and I are actually considering buying them.

My favorite product was Sony's HT-A9. Reason being, while looking for a new house and having to take into account room dimensions/layout with the HT-A9 none of that really matters. Set it up, and it just works. I'm also a diehard Sony fan so that plays a factor no doubt.

The HTA9 gives a great experience to people who have neither the time nor inclination to learn how to research or set up a home theatre set of components properly. That's amazing really. Not everyone wants to put in the work and if they have the money it's the product for them.

Kristi is the power behind the throne who chooses not to appear on screen but we have to respect her wishes. I also love that despite not appearing on camera she provides her own opinion of the review in question. Sometimes Andrew and Kristi do not always agree but that's a good thing, as audio and visual products are very subjective and one persons like is another's dislike. This is wonderful addition Team. Happy for the Technics, AXR100 and Transpulls, Klipsh of course notwithstanding them being outside of my reality of things, I had hoped the Monitor Audio 100 will get more nomination but its cool. Great year for me more so because of this channel. I love you guys. I do! Your proficiency, how you take what you do so seriously it shows, top quality. Well done Andrew

Just curious, how often do you review center channels? I feel like I could use some of your insights on what many people claim is the “most important speaker” in a home theater.

I agree on the Lintons. I bought a pair two weeks ago after listening to Monitor Audio, the KLH and a couple others. I am blown away how good they are.

there should be more Kristi's in the world approving the AV equipment, even if it's bulky! LOL

Hey guys, really fun video today... My product of the year, my Yamaha Rx-V6A... Gave me goosebumps of delight watching Dunes, Invasion (apple+), 007 No Time to die... Specially Invasion, the soundtrack is amazingly amazing... I should add the Apple TV, for allowing that receiver to express itself. Love the AT-LP120 from Audiotechnica too. Miss my technics... Hope 2022 gives us as nmuch joy ! Keep up the good job and the good spirit!! Your channel, should be nominated too and get the prize! thx to both of you!

A bit late to the party but this was a great video, guys. I am currently saving for a set of Klipsch La Scala speakers. With any luck, I might own them by the end of 2065. So excited!

This comment is way after the fact but the LA Scala's bringing you to tears struck a cord with me. Audio and music is such a important part to My Life that I find it wonderful that the Artistry of others through solid components can also bring me to tears which I'm not ashamed to say!

Hey Andrew, thanks for the amazing content in 2021. I'm always in awe of the in depth analysis you do on these products and how long it must take to write out a script. You and your wife are absolutely great at what you do and marriage goals! Wishing you both a much more successful 2022 ✌🏽
