I have a PhD in counseling and I TOTALLY AGREE with you that the pop psychology of today (self esteem, self awareness,, etc.) is NOT what God wants us to know or to counsel with. The so-called "self esteem" of this world is a deception. We need "Christ esteem" and then we will walk confidently. His Word is greater than all the worldly wisdom combined. Biblical counseling is the only way to counsel for lasting and eternal effects. Counseling with a working knowledge of Spirit, Soul, & Body is the foundation to approach all other issues and problems in life. It is truly THE foundational teaching to understand the Bible, life, overcoming, and dealing with problems.

I was worshipping the Lord for a moment and when Andrew started talking about beware of dogs, with the scripture that absolutely took me by surprise, and it cracked me up😂. So much for that Holy moment hahaha

The joke about the guy telling Andrew to go away and Andrew tells the dude you have a verse on your fence "Beware of dogs" was so funny I had to pause and laugh 😂😂😭😂😂😂 that almost flew over my head 😂😂😂
