Android Glide RecyclerViewPreloader Side-by-side comparison

On the right is a recyclerview with a preloader and the left is just normal Glide. The tablet's bandwidth is throttled to 1 megabit. I wait 15 seconds at the start for the preloader to do its thing, so skip into 00:16 probably
