If the USB options do not appear for you on your notification screen, go to Settings, Developer options and you should see them there.

Hello.. Thank you for the Video. I have the latest LG Stylo 4.. i bought a external USB-memory stick , with a phone adapter.. ( Problem ) I plug it in and the phone doesn't register an extrnal USB stick... I've tried everything in this video. nothing in my setting to do this.. Any Advice ??.. Thanks.Michael Z

@@ziggy72170 YOu actually have to do something to make Developer Options come up. Take a look at this video, may help you. Don't worry that the phone is different. Bluetooth is not used with the USB cable transfer.
