Android studio Gradle download stuck or takes so long

It doesn't work for me, on android studio, gradle is 8.0.2 but it didn't sync so I had to download gradle latest version 8.5 and did procedures but still it didn't sync 😢 help me pls

Gradle is used to combine the front end(xml) & back end(java) to create an .apk file

Still error Gradle 4.6 I manually installed but Android studio stuck at downloading 4.6-all.zip.lck file and 4.6-all.zip.ok file

while its stuck downloading ... cancel it and then go to event log .. then if u dont have NDK installed then you will be having a link something like jdk related thing ... go there ... on the left side you will find the option project ... go there and` change the gradle version to the one you downloaded rather than 4.6` ... se if it works .

Hi in my PC its shows gradle.5.6.2-all but I have downloaded latest gradle-6.3-all . can I place the zip file of new gradle in that folder will it work ?

Check out what version of the gradle the studio was trying to download. Check the Build tab.
