Flash A Custom Recovery and use that to hard reset your device. If the buttons are fine and your holding the buttons correctly then it must be a software issue. Try Soft reset (From Android Settings) Or as i said flash a custom Recovery and use that to reset your device . Hope that helps Goodluck TheAndroidGuy

You'r PC and Your device should be connected when you want to move or stream data. You can always copy the things that you want to your device's memory and disconnect from the Hotspot to save battery. If you have a wireless router then that won't be an issue as your pc and your device are connected to the router most of the time. . Hope that helpes Goodluck TheAndroidGuy

When did u buy the Mi4 and flashed a custom ROM? I'm pretty sure that it's CM12 but I'm not getting it that why did u buy a 3G phone?

Hi, Both Mi4 A Month Back, Rooted it that very day. Flashed a custom Rom the very next Morning. Yup you are right it's CM 12.5 Android version 5.1.1 Stock Based Rom because I'm not used to MIUI, no app drawer has hard to get by anyways the major reason of flashing a custom Rom was to get Android version 5.1.1 as MIUI isn't ported to Lollipop(Stable) yet. And About 4G,Mi4 does supports 4G but 4Gb of 4G costs Rs900.A Month worth of 4G usages will make me end up in the streets. Im Happy with my current 3G Plan. They should work on making 3g more accessible. . Regards TheAndroidGuy

Harshit Singh Yup, Imported it from China. Why you may ask? Just wanted to see how importing from china works but as far as i know even the Indian version supports 4G.But as someone said on Digit it will take another 3 years for India to adapt to 4G.Its not an issues as for now. Device is actually good and CM12.5 is the best OS out there

Harshit Singh​ Strange Mine says CM 12.5 Might be a modified custom built. . As for the price originally i bought it for Rs.11800 (16gb)(From Merimobiles) with taxes and shipping it added up to Rs15200 got some freebies like screen guard and a hard case. Wasn't a bargain but with the freebies it was a sweet deal

If your device is rooted try Rom Tool box lite from Playstore. Check the animations section in the app. Else try other Launchers like Go, Opus, etc for animations. . Hope that helpes Goodluck TheAndroidGuy
