- Note: Google doesn't like people downgrading firmware, so it's best to download a firmware that matches or is newer than whatever is on your phone. I always just download the latest that's available from the website.
7. Extract the contents of the firmware to the PC [05:43]
8. Copy the firmware files into your ADB & Fastboot folder [05:55]
9. Open a Command Prompt within your ADB & Fastboot folder [07:03]
10. Execute the "flash-all.bat" command to start the batch script [07:47]

Google smartphones are well received by the developer community due to their hardware being so open. This results in many enthusiasts tinkering with their Google Pixel 4a smartphone and accidentally getting it stuck in a bootloop.
Then again, maybe you have tinkered with the device in the past and just want to return to stock Android for OTA updates, to sell the phone, or any other reason.
This video will walk you through how to fix just about any type of software-related issue by first walking you through how to perform a factory data reset (both within the OS and from Recovery Mode).
I also take things a step further for those of you who have unlocked the bootloader already. If that's the case, the end of the video shows you how to download the firmware from Google and manually flash it onto the Pixel 4a using Fastboot.
