No.. neenga vowels aeiou base panni solreenga.. but actually its based on phonetics. A E I O U va athe maari sollama அ எ இ ஒ உ nu than sollanum. For example he is an MA. M is not a vowel but M nu pronounce pannumbothu Em nu solluvom.so எ sound is first. Appo univeristy la U iruku so உ pronounciation varala so a university than correct. 'I have an umbrella' la An vara kaaranam not because of letter U but how it is starting. அம்பிரல்லா... அ sound.
