I tend to catch my parents forgetting that they have something on the stove. We've been shocked by the smoke alarm a number of times. Glad to hear your kitties are safe. Watching people eat or play games online can be therapeutic (in moderation lol)

Sinigang doesn't require to be reheated daily. You can just keep it in the fridge for like 3-5 days, or keep it in the freezer for a longer shelf life... Hope this helps to avoid future accidents 😅
