The biggest reason is because Andy Blueman is the most consistent. He's only released 13 trance songs, ever, and 11 of them were voted into the top 1000 trance songs of all time. He also kind of popularized uplifting trance with huge orchestral riffs that act like a second melody. A close second in my opinion is Simon O'Shine but Andy Blueman came first and his departure from trance has kind of given him a legendary and flawless status.
