Andy Cutting - Three Tunes

The first tune in this set was composed by the great Michel Pillet at his home in Loire valley. It's called 'Verdigris'.

they all seem to me bourree deux temps - two times bourree So much longing for dancing Andy, marvellous as usual

The tunes are 1) Polska Adapted From Carl Eric Berndt, 2) Plaenez Mon Sort (probably French trad), 3) Chassepain (composed by hurdy-gurdy player Gilles Chabenat). So the second and third are bourrees, the first is a Swedish polska, although repurposed a bit to feel like a bourree. If you can find Andy's recording with Karen Tweed called "One Roof Under", this set is from there.
