Any idea which canal he fished in the morning? Got to be local to Tamworth. I fish Bonehill regularly, top 2 with red (20 ) elastic, large lump of meat, then hold on!!

He might have meant the canal style lake thats at Bonehill i think. I'll be fishing there myself soon but the Riddings has been doing it for me and is closer to where i live. Only problem is you cant loose feed pellets there, something you can do at Bonehill i think and i want to try it.
