Kokki was way too passive with the overheads.

Kinda, but you also have to realize,that the there's a lot of space in between the baseline and the barrier,the crowd was very loud so Kokkinakis couldn't hear Andy's footsteps and also there could've been lights in the angle Kokkinakis was looking while hitting the smash. Nonetheless the 2nd smash was very soft indeed I agree.
