@@BlankityBlank I agree the quality materials and obvious craftsmanship were where the value of the cabinet came from. What sank the purchase price was what the item is. Not very many folks sew at home any more. It's probably hard to find dress patterns anywhere anymore. The usefulness of the item is so diminished that a person would hesitate to spend a lot on it.
