Out of interest as someone who is 6' 4' 225 lbs and has fast reactions and decent hand speed, is there actually any scientific/biological reason why a larger person must be slow? I've never thought of myself as being slow, or been called out on it. Your hands potentially have to move further because longer limbs equal a larger distance, but if everything is in proportion and strength etc. is on par for what it should be, it doesn't seem there should be much difference, if at all. I've always tended to think generally heavyweights are slower because that's what's expected and has become a fighting style for the division over time, rather than it's a given, or a necessity. I'm genuinely interested to find out theories and facts concerning the matter.

Even though we just watched him land one shot on the side of the temple with fast combinations, and the glancing punch that hit Joshua's temple rocked him really bad, and he never recovered. Compare that to AJ then getting knocked down moments later who took at least 7 seconds to get back up. He wasn’t hurt too badly and that’s clear to see.
