not to get technical on a joke, but I think they may have quickly grilled it for like 30 seconds, and then have Jorm spit it out and not swallow. You can eat raw meat (humans did it for thousands of years before discovering fire) you just can get sick.

@@Darkagedd its a t-bone beef steak. raw beef is quite easy to tear, especially if it has a lot of marbling in the steak. Also depending on how it was prepared, you can very well eat it raw, that's what a tartare is (IE just cut from a known butcher minutes before the show). It probably tastes terrible without out at least the outside cooked, which is why he is spitting it out and looks grossed out, but even if he ate it he wouldnt be sick from it.
