Thanks for capturing this Jeff. As someone of faith, after I stopped crying, I had to comment on Andy and his writing. So rarely in Christian music these days does anyone write with the such raw honesty and hope as Andy. For those of us, and likely that means all of us, who have wandered down this road of life and experienced tremendous pain and joy it is so good to be reminded that our feelings in the moment are not as important and the relationship we have with the One who wanders with us and calls us friend. Thanks Andy for the reminder.
