Andy Stumpf is an extraordinary individual whose life has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, service to others, and an unyielding commitment to pushing the boundaries of human potential. A former U.S. Navy SEAL, Stumpf's career in the military spanned over 17 years, during which he earned a reputation as one of the most elite and highly decorated operators in the Special Operations community. Serving multiple combat deployments in various theaters of operation, including Iraq and Afghanistan, Stumpf demonstrated unparalleled bravery and leadership under the most challenging circumstances.
In addition to his remarkable feats in the military and extreme sports, Stumpf is also a passionate advocate for veterans' causes and mental health awareness. Drawing from his own experiences overcoming adversity and trauma, he has become a vocal spokesperson for addressing the mental health challenges facing returning veterans and promoting greater understanding and support for those struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other psychological injuries.
In this episode, Andy Stumpf talks about his recent health scare that led him to the ICU and what his road to recovery looks like. He also shares some practical tips on how to break down big obstacles into bite sized chunks to help you overcome life's challenges.

Long time follower of his podcast and seen his other interviews/etc…on the interwebs. I always appreciate Andy’s approach to life and tackling things head on. I also appreciate how he speaks with his podcast guests that he might not agree with. Just an open conversation. Something that’s lacking in our society unfortunately…a conversation. Subbed 🤙

I wonder Andy’s repeated exposure to blasts from being a breacher could have been a mechanism of injury?

Swing for the fences. Offer a 20$, 30$, 40$, 50$, 60$, 70$, 80$, 90$, 100$ coffee like fine wine. Sell feelings not coffe. Scarcity. Special connection to experience. See what works. Big numbers pay for runway and mistakes and growth. You need to scale either volume or price. Price is easier

Just brainstorming. If he never had an issue before 2021 and the “scar tissue” developed from a “medication” injury in 2021. Embalmers are finding thick like calamari tissue surrounding organs from people who have vaccine injury starting in 2021. You can google John Cambell and he discusses this with an embalmer.

Your podcast is not a marker analysis. Forger competition, you are unique. With Navy Seals, nothing is more unique. Manly, brave, admirable, smart, strong, powerful, frightening, unifying, selfless, the brand is 2001 bin laden for anyone. Market research is about giving value to customers, but the value you give is a property of the Earth. When customers make a decision, they interpret reality and what they see and hear. Whatever works in the market, your value is not reproducible and has a unique cut of Earth. The question of defining the value is complex, human beings and interviews have viewers and quick topics that are copied from other similar outlets, as in competitors create waves of information that have more value than operating alone. You make more money drafting viewers into subjects and experiences and habits, and standing is isolation means if google recs 2 videos they might not like your pic or title (try 10's or more of words maybe?). But once they watch and subscribe they get more reccs - so what was it they got? Did they hear a link to find you? Can they remember a way to search you? Do you have a domain name and online ads? Do you have word of mouth where users are excited and talk about your stuff in the comments? E.g. this. What your podcast brings after the title, pic, Seals, fitness, mental toughness, strategic thinking, high execution functioning, etc is not definable. +1 for no fraud medicine. Constantly reframing things to look smaller and ignore large things is an extension of chunking. But my point is that your brand is genuine intelligence, ethics, and normalcy. The unique combination of all of them, with the background of fire and fury, is of some value in the market for all time if you enjoy it. The best way to make money is partnering and making deals. Buy the sp500. Don't touch anything else, that's an order soldier. I know Seals don't care about money and feed their families like it's a mission. I'm homeless and broke, used to have steady career. Your braisn have more complexity than anything humanity has ever done in sum total. Never underestimate human intelligence and language. I think if you take the analogies the Seal uses that are very specific and scar tissue lessons, such as "the people who succeed are..." (but initiative, not prompted in response to a question) and start the video with that you'll get more conversion on the viewers and that could compound into a ecosystem of feedback from users. Try to find a few seconds when a Navy Seal sins. Try to find a few seconds where a civilian person does not.

The wisdom of Seals is dense. It should be edited and compiled in isolation from society with a searchable database and various cuts and filters based on individual market of content editors. I think Navy Seals should consider economics and business ownership with technology and try to kill the market. I think it is worth something if you control the business because you can only execute in the world with a business when you want to invent a new society. It's annoying to deal with money, but the ethics of business is something that Seals should not personify or ignore. Business is a powerful mechanism for the goals of anyone and if you already die for ideas then a business is effectively that. But I do not include group businesses. You need to do exactly what you think is the largest possible change on the Earth. But I don't have any good ideas so probably worst decision ever...

Business is learning. Nobody knows anything. When you learn, you create unique value from a brain that may be hard to copy if hidden in a complex set of many unique skills and value. Get involved in business because Seals would execute perfectly in any business setting. Only issue is you need to have no morals and harm others with fraud sales and politics
