Warhol was such a hypocrite. He never cared for Eedie , Ingrid or Candie Darling. He used all of them to the last drop and disposed of them Like a kleenex.

Thanks, as always. Andy was a genius but must have been exhausting beyond belief...the jump from his refusing to answer Ingrid's call (even though she was likely in trouble) then being upset no one told him she had disappeared kind of says it all. I hope Ingrid is at peace, wherever she now is.

Brilliant. I was around the Factory in '66 and '67, and met Ingrid. She indeed an "ugly beauty" with a protruding chin and a compelling, warm personality. This video gets it right - Malanga and Wein were setting her up to be the next Edie.

BTW, great images of Gerard and Chuck. Both icons of the moment. Gerard street, Chuck Harvard. Warhol was a genius of the greatest possible magnitude and profoundly charismatic.
