It’s really a shame to me that not that many people watch these compared to your shorts. They’re so much better imo. The interactions you have with others, the detailed processes, the professional tv-level production value, they’re fantastic. I hope you keep making more of these because I really enjoy them

Andy, as a born and raised Nashvillian I want to thank you so much for this video, and for being respectful of the hot chicken tradition, of the iconic Ms. Andre, and of Nashville in general... most videos about the city, regardless of what the topic is supposed to be, eventually devolve into this cliche' stereotypical clown show where everyone is wearing cowboy hats and ironically saying "ya'll" or whatever. So I just want to thank you for keeping it real, not to mention the very high quality content! Cheers brother!

I had Nashville hot chicken at Prince’s for the first time back on my honeymoon in 2020. I picked the medium level spice and I was full on losing my shit in the restaurant. Nose running, eyes watering. It was delicious, but anyone who eats their spiciest sauce is a true spice lord

I prefer the hipster scene with hot chicken. Was never a fan of Party Fowl or Hattie B's just way too commercial. Very good choice with 400 Degrees, though. They're surprisingly still kinda underground despite being around for like 15 years. Top notch stuff. I'd also recommend Red's 615 Kitchen just by the Parthenon. Their crunch wrap can't be beat.

I love Princes. What you may have realized, their 'mild' is like a medium at Hatty B's. Their next one up is HOT for me! I go there every couple months but since it's down in Nash, I just stay local and go to Moore's spicy chicken or Slow Burn. I don't enjoy Party Fowl as much or even Hatty B's. Locals get mad because the wait is STUPID. Go on an off day, non summer time and it's much better.

There's 3 phases to hot chicken. Phase 1: The initial bite and heat. Phase 2: The heat builds half way thru you're meal and things heat up. Phase 3: When it hits you lower intestine. Andy really took one for the team smashing 3 hot chicken joints in the course of this filming. The real MVP here is his digestive system. Hot chicken is 100% worth it, but phase 3 is a doozy. Part of the experience.
