Thanks for your comment! At 03:53 it's Push-pull - BB 25500 (ex. SNCF, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SNCF_Class_BB_25500) + RIO (fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rame_inox_omnibus) 04:51 it's Hyperion EMU, made by Softronic Craiova (www.softronic.ro) in 2014.
