Hi Andy, great to have you back with the channel. Glad the car selling and purchasing went so smoothly for you it's great when that happens. Best wishes with the new books and looking forward to you out and about on the forecourts soon.

It was a video to show how selling anything private can go well - in this case wifes car but also how a calm sale can be satisfying - yes the books are good news thank you and I hope to get on the forecourts soon didnt get time the other week and I have two projects for the NCC company profiles - so this week is taken up and practcals used buys - phew!

Coupland's - reminds me of how dealers used to be back in the day when the Safari's, Carlight's and Royale's etc.would all be locked and it was accompanied viewing only!! Also looking forward to updates on the Eccles. Think your friend needs to open a museum or at least persuade somewhere like Beamish to put the collection on display.

Hi Nigel - yes those days are sadly going as I found out with the car supermarket buying experiance - yes that could be an idea the vans are historical importance - on a loan system for summer would be ideal with stuff from that period!

Hi Andy, great catch up video, i have seen some of your videos before where you mention folding campers, and you've been meaning to visit Pennine Outdoor Leisure to see their workshops etc,, have you heard they have now gone into administration so were not sure if they will be closing for good or a deal done to buy it out maybe, we have a 2011 conway crusader, basically a pathfinder, we have been to the factory and seen the workshops and collected parts a few times over last couple of years and they were fantastic, just hope it keeps going. cheers phil

This is sad news Fiona Stuart told me a few days ago - the last folding camper maker in UK now - I wish I had got my self across to the factory but unless the firm can be refloated it looks like its gone - I spoe to them at the NEC and they seemed upbeat but said buisness had been tough - I wish I had spent more time with them and they were very good as you say keep me informed please if you hear anything I dont. They did tend to sell direct not always a great idea to be honest - Camperlands would love to have sold them but due to the factory selling they said they couldnt do it - deeply saddened on that news.

@@caravanindustryexpertandyjenk yeah be a real shame to see them go forever, they are still very popular, and awesome units, im just hoping they sort something out and keep building them.
