MAJESTIC MEHRANGARH FORT: JODHPUR, INDIA (4K)

The Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur, India is one of the most impressive forts I've ever seen. It was built in the 15th century and was added to in later centuries. The fort is located high atop a bluff and can be seen from anywhere in Jodhpur, The Blue City. Not only do you see the stunning architecture on the outside, but you'll also see the beautiful colorful palace rooms that are on the inside, including the Phool Mahal, the Sheesh Mahal, the Takha Vilas, and the Moti Mahal. There is also a Mehrangarh Fort Museum which contains many artifacts and the Cradles Gallery, featuring baby carriages for the royal babies.

It was my dream to see this fort in person and it happened in 2019. I was just impressed at what man is capable of doing. I was at awe as to what it took to build this majestic structure and how it got done. Absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking and hard to comprehend how it could have been built. Glad I could see it. I will go back and check it out in the coming years. Probably among the most beautiful forts in India besides Gwalior fort and a few others.
