I honestly absolutely love this figure! I know this saying will get me in the gallows, but there's just something appealing I personally find in this Dilophosaurus. It kinda give me a late 90s or early 2000s vibe in my eyes which is why I love this Dilophosaurus!

Though the crests could be larger, otherwise pretty good figure by Schleich.

Does schleich still hand sculpt their figures before mass producing them? Scales are a huge pain to sculpt esp on smaller figures. Working on some projects right now where one requires a lot of very tiny scales and its hell. I usually avoid working on things that require them esp if its something tiny. I feel like if theyre using computer software to sculpt there's not really an excuse for how wonky they look. Not that Im an expert or anything but they can zoom in on things.

This Dilophosaurus is waaaaayyy better than their old one! (that blue one with red crest…and I think the one side of it’s head caved in?)

WOW the promo images did not do this figure justice! The head sculpt is honestly really good! If you put that on a better body that didn’t have oversized feet and pronated wrists, I could genuinely see myself getting this one! It even has lips which Haolonggood wasn’t even able to pull off!

The paint job is very nice, but figure from the front face it looks like a Bulldog..

The head reminds me of some animal today but can´t figure it out. The left foot looks very flat. But the colouring looks like the BABR Allosaurus (Also a bit of the Papo Dilo)!
