Yeah, I know where you coming from. Thats what I love about the Mattel colossal line. If you know what you are doing, repainting those things, easily equals the most bang for the bucks, overall (imo).@Morbus Matze

You may be partially blinded by this model. It is amazing, but I noticed a few things. I agree that scales are different size and tyoe,but a large portion of those scales look like dry clay and not very scale like. I also believe there is a hole between of the toes on the lifted leg. The front lines appear to probated and I believe this was not possible on this animal. Still, a very nice piece. I love the paint pallet of colors, and the teeth and mouth detail is nearly perfect.

Have you not noticed the teeth are slightly misaligned with the nose? I'd definitely buy this, but 350 dollars + 250 dollars shipping is a bit too much

Thanks for review Andy! Very beautiful model, but Memory Museums price/quality still not ok for me. Even on this model you may see joints on closer look - sure if step back or put it on a shelf it will look magnificent, but this joints will stay in my mind:)) Damtoys Carno is still better for me, btw could you make a comparison video for this two?)
