Dinosaur has surprisingly accurate Velociraptors. Probably because it made them more distinct from the Jurassic Park ones, but overall the movie's designs were very much up to date for the time.

The colors, gimmick and sculpting in these figures are awesome. Even if they are not in scale with the rest of the line they look good with the bigger Aladar and Carnotaur. I only have the regular Herosaur Aladar and Crazed Carnotaur and certainly we need more videos dedicated to this toyline. Great review BTW!

Ah, Disney's Dinosaur is my second favorite Dinosaur film after Jurassic Park (Jurassic Park 3 as example) film during my childhood 🥲. So fun video about old toy during that time like Mattel's Disney's Dinosaur Veloci-kicker and Veloci-fighter toy, Andy 🌷🤗.

Throwback wow! I had the huge electronic Aladar (iguanadon) and the Carnotaurus and a smaller Carnotaurus. They too had metallic paint jobs, but not this extreme/shiny. There was a making of Disney Dinosaur WAY back when, and they (designers) were told of velociraptors having feathers. The designers opted out and wanted their dinosaurs *as how the world identify dinosaurs*, thus going for the classic scaly look instead. As Aladar didn’t have a iguanodon mouth, because it looked like “clacking coconuts” 😅

The movie that this was from was literally one of the main parts of my childhood and being 17 it still is the best of Disney in my book

Oh, these take me back. Thinking back to these figures made me think that Jurassic was in good hands when Mattel acquired it.

I remember Mattel's Disney's _"DINOSAUR"_ line (😃)! This indeed _wasn't_ their first rodeo when it comes to dinosaurs. I didn't have these two, but I did own the smaller-scale Aladar and Carnotaurus, as well as the larger-scale Aladar & Carnotaur.

I had one of those that I got from Christmas. But I was too young and only remember playing with the remains of the broken toy 😢😂 I absolutely loved that film and had some of the bootleg translucent minis.

6:58 These figures came with a Dino Decoder Card to reveal that hidden Dinosaur logo, kinda like the current Jurassic World oficial mark with extra steps

Something weird I've noticed is that the Velociraptors here have 3 crests. 2 located above the eyes and one in the middle. I don't think there's even any theropod with this 3 crest configuration, let alone a Dromaeosaur.
