Hi there, Amazing to see all those models. As you said: mindblowing! Question: did you encounter(or any of the viewers) a 1:16 VW Transporter T2 DoKa model? I found 'T2 Hippie' or 'Surfer" vans, and also the T2 flatbed, but not a nice T2 DoKa. (I mean the T2 with the single pane windshield) Why I am asking?, Well, my father, in the 70's., had a painting company, with the T2 (not the T1! ) DoKa with an imperial or roof rack to carry the ladders. Also the name of the company was showing on the side of that rack. Whenever I meet a T2 on the road,, I open the window to hear the inmistakable sound. When closing my eyes, I can resmell the 'bouqet'of putty, paint, terpentine and heavy tabacco 🙂 A real T2 DoKa is really unafordable nowadays, so I am hoping to find a 1:16 DoKa model as a showpiece and for nice memories. Thanks!

@@danmurphy5889 Tamiya, released them about a two years ago, it seemed to come and go super quick and not available everywhere only some countries , maybe because of licensing issues ? it was as if one minute was available , next minute was gone and was only available for a few months then disappeared . There are a few on E bay people in 2023 asking crazy money eg $250 usd - $300.00 usd for these 1/20 RB F1.

On the armor dioramas...they clearly squeeze in too many vehicles for the size of the diorama...did not see one that overwhelmed me..build in 1/48 or 1/72 and spread out your diorama with a backdrop because the ones I saw..while the models were very well built just looked awful..
