Hi everyone, I guess I messed up , when I saw the Nato colored version online I didn't realize they were a slightly different version of the tank ,so I should have painted it withe the black and two greens, but I like the way it looks, so I will leave it that way.

Hoi Andy. Really nice work! I'm from Sweden, and have been in and around CV90, many times. Just some fun fact: The CV 90 has both toilet and kitchen inside! its like a very expensive AT RV!!!

Did my military service in a cv90. The tracks usually had a aluminium colour, because dry sand will blast all rust away. Very common was that sticks and leaves layed all over the tank, it happened when we drove through forrests and knocked down trees. Also, usually a cv90 had scratches in the paint on the sides when it hit a big tree

Andy, I love your videos!! i'm a total begginer, i have a Revell Pz III ausf M 1/72, i built it and painted it with a fine brush, and i love it!! and also a tamiya 1/35 Stug IV, which i only built, didn't painted because i'm saving it for when I get a nice spray tool. I don't have a lot of time to invest on this hobby, but i'm sure I'm gonna build a lot of models in the future. Even though I'm not doing it right now, your videos are so entertaining and educative for me. Thanks and cheers from Argentina.

Hi Andy! Awesome channel- makes me want to start building tanks again. Small detail regarding this vehicle through: It's not a tank as such, it's an infantry fighting vehicle, which means that the rear hatches open on the 8 or 7 infantry transported!

Nice work Andy! Hobby Boss also offers a very nice kit of an up-armored CV90 variant, but it looks like the Academy might be easier to build. The H-B kit only has the individual link tread, and the road wheels are more complex and fiddly to work with.

Would you be willing to assemble a kit and do more advanced weathering techniques? Such as rust, indentations (like from an shell hitting and bouncing off a turret or something like that), and damaged/malformed parts on the vehicle, like a bent mud flap? I've learned a lot from you so far but would love to try some new techniques! Thanks for all the cool builds!

I'm getting back in to the modelling world after a loooong break and I have to say I've never built a tank or anything military but I really want to now thank you Andy. hello Andy ....I love watching your videos...I have a couple questions....do you do mail order for paints ... accessories.... kits .. Etc..and what do you do with all the kits you've built...do you sell them in your store or do you have like a warehouse you store them in ... lol....I've built models since I was a kid but only in the last 3-4 years have I been trying to get the details like painting.. diarama building and so on ...and you sir are an inspiration to do better ... thank you

Correction, the CV 90 will always be and always stay a IFV support vehicle. It is technically not matching the description 'tank' since it is capable of carrying passengers, which qualifies it as a IFV instead. It does not matter what box says or what it translates to English. The 'CV' part means "Combat Vehicle 90" (CV90) or in Swedish "Stridsfordon 90 (Strf 90)". Also it is listed as being a 'IFV' and not as 'tank'. Please do not call it a tank, you punch a hole in that thing with a paperclip! Nice end result, does look great when all done. Perhaps add a little dirt on it to show it was used
