hi, i dont have the 3d panels on my right like you do. so i have to access it manually on the effects window. how do i render my shapes though? and is there a way to make the 3d panels appear on my right like yours? because my 3d windows are not as complete as you have. thanks

Perhaps you're opening the old 3D Effect. If you go to "Window" and then click on "3D & Materials" the dockable panel should automatically open. Rendering is done by clicking on the render button in the top right corner of the panel, like shown in the video. But there is no rendering on the old 3D Effect.

3D in Illustrator (and 3D in general to be honest) is quite demanding on your PC. Even my 4080 struggles at times. If you're machine is a bit old, unfortunately you will run into these kinds of problems.
