That day was really a day of surprises for Aurora. The HAIK documentary is super fun to watch, a really sweet TV-program, hope you can find the time to look it up. And yes, you did react to All is Soft Inside, live at KEXP April 7th. But Ane changed it a lot, and Aurora's version at KEXP is one of her best performances ever, imo.

Yes, you did . It was the last song you reacted to of Aurora. It's "All is soft inside" See it's been too long since you've done Aurora, since you didn't remember it. It was the last one you did at KEXP. Mike said he liked it a lot. Aurora just sings it more upbeat and faster than this. Love this reaction. This documentary was wonderful , followed by the concert. This also reminds us all what a fantastic song writer Aurora really is. Totally different take on the song, but wonderful as well.

Great reaction! As I understand it, Ane Bruns music was played alot in Auroras home growing up. Aurora said after this video cut of that she now could relate to what her own fans feels seing her, as she was a fan of Ane. By the way, you've already reacted to this song with Aurora live at KEXP.

The whole documentary was amazing.I am lucky enough to have gotten tickets to Auroras show in LA!It's only a 17 hour drive from home:) I still love Aurora singing the song better but its because it is her own.Ane Brun was the next best person who could have sung it for sure. You should do Warrior(Red Bull Session) since it is only her with a guitar backing.

The entire HAIK documentary is amazing, You should watch the whole thing (subtitles in English). Ane Brun is not a mentor of Aurora's - I don't think they had ever met before this, but Aurora says in the documentary how Ane Brun is a great favorite of hers. Earlier in the documentary, Aurora does a private performance of Warrior for 2 of her fans who had no idea they would be seeing her in such an intimate setting. So it was so cool to see Aurora have the same experience as her own fans!

Hi there again... it was so wonderful seeing you getting emotional during Ane Brun's rendition of Aurora's song (just like me). Normally, the original is an uptempo number (check out Aurora's brilliant performance of this song at KEXP !) and even Aurora said (after this performance by Ane Brun) that she first did not recognize it was HER song. May I recommend another wonderful cover from Aurora ? Check out her rendition of the Imagine Dragons song "Believer"... and let me tell you that in this TV show (P3 Christine), artists are invited and been given a song, randomly chosen, and they have one hour time ONLY to study it and make their own version out of it. Apart from the fact that Aurora was very impressed and moved, I think maybe she might not have dared to clap because she didn't know if she was allowed to do that in a museum. One, the other, or both. 😁 You haven't seen it yet, check out the original live KEXP. It is noticeably different from this cover. The only song that is completely played by Aurora in the documentary is "Warrior". And this version is also completely different from the original. You have already seen The Seed from Haik. This song comes at the end of the documentary (even just one piece), the same with "Daydreamer" from the Haik concert. The documentation is the way to this concert. The concert is not part of the documentation. It precedes this.

First time I heard this cover by Ane Brun I thought it sounded strange. Second time not so strange, third, fourth, fifth time it only got better and better, and now I really appreciate this version of the song which btw is one of my favourites by Aurora. I can’t remember if you have done Aurora’s All is soft inside, if you haven’t I think Aurora’s version of the song Live on KEXP is the best!

Wow, she has no clue. She must've heard Aurora do it properly, but she's not bothering with most of the chord changes, her face is dead, there's no rhythm, and can she even play guitar?
