That’s so wonderful! Yes God has done this very thing to me HE Also convicts me and makes me re-listen to areas where He works directly with me over. I’ve listened for years to audio books and sermons and scripture primarily, God does this wonderful work--it’s a blessing to hear your words brother !

That's what I do too it's such a blessing to drift off to sleep too and wake several times to important things God wants us to get into our hearts. Have you heard of Smith's Wigglesworth(Faith healer years ago) God has definitely woke me up and talked to me through that too.

The Lord has lately led me to the rich treasures of these audiobooks and I have been so blessed. hey sister, i know that feeling.. it’s the worst :-( but as long as you’ve got room for osteen, hillsong and self-hypnosis you won’t be able to deal with it.. that’s devil’s staff, get out of there as fast as you can and the true light will shine in your heart ♡︎ been exactly where you are, if i may, start reading scriptures so that god could have a tool in you to bring you to true salvation and ask god to bring forth faithful teachers of the word for you

Perhaps it is also helpful to speak to a Christian brother or sister who knows the Word and can speak the truth, and then pray for you. Confess your anxieties, and profess your faith that God is able to carry them. Picture yourself handing the whole load of anxiety to your Father. He is strong and can carry it with ease.

David, if you are living in a nation where there's a church that provides inner healing and deliverance ministry, please go seek for ministry. Pray for the Lord Jesus Christ to lead you to an anointed, compassionate minister moving in the power of the Holy Spirit who has helped others deliver them from the spirits of molestation, sexual perversion etc and bring healing and wholeness to you. Believe in Jesus who can set you free. He has done for others and can do the same for you.

I have a 1981 reprinting of this and many things are the same but some are different. Such as the preface is much shorter and has been much altered. I’ve noticed that chapter names are also different. I will see how much of the text is a modern day interpretation. That’s not what I was looking for. I’m slightly miffed when I purchase altered originals online and it doesn’t make it clear on the cover that they are abridged. Thank you for offering us the express wishes of the author and the Holy inspiration.

instead of "getting permission" to use the nasb, why don't you use the real bible, the kjv, for free, no permission required? you know he didn't use that per-version. it didn't even come out until the '70's.
