So just having one Anubis i can route audio among multiple (more than 2) computers on the network? Also what solutions are there for a small 2in 2out that work on revenna (not the Anubis ofcourse) for smaller recording rigs.

Hello, there is not really a smaller I/O device than Anubis for Ravenna, it has 4 IN and 8 OUT, and yes you can connect as many computers with DAW's as you wish, for that you need a configured switch and a driver on each computer (either MAD for Win 10 or VAD for Mac)

@@MergingTechnologies and all these PCs will have the same latency spec? As that is defined in MAD?

Also is the buffer settings processor dependent and how does this relate to the buffer settings inside the daw.

@@bharathj63 The latency will be the same indeed

@@bharathj63 Yes, the buffer can be set by the DAW

I want to send audio from one computer recording an analog mixdown from pro tools (Mac with 2 Ethernet connections) to Pyramix (Windows Laptop with 1 Ethernet connection). Anubis is connected to Mac and Laptop connected to ethernet port 2 on Mac. Is this possible?
@MergingTechnologies3 жыл бұрын
What a goo idea ;-) YES all of that is possible. 2 things that you need to know to make it work smoothly; 1 You need a Merging piece of Hardware, which you do with Anubis, that will provide the PTP - Network clock - to all DAW. And having all interconnected device working in the sample sample rate.

@@MergingTechnologies thanks. I’ve got everything setup but still no audio going through to Pyramix (Laptop). Please help? I’ve been struggling with this for weeks now.

HI. I have two Anubis, a Pro and a Premium, networked with a CISCO SG300-10. I would like to record, with Steinberg Nuendo, 8 INPUT channels simultaneously. How do I configure ANEMAN? Thank you.
@MergingTechnologies Жыл бұрын
Hello, in that case you connect the 4 inputs of Anubis A into Nuendo input 1-4 via Aneman and the 4 inputs of Anubis B into Nuendo input 5-6. Hope this helps

Is it possible to alphabetical order the lists of sources or monitors in Aneman?
@MergingTechnologies4 жыл бұрын
As they are divided by device (hardware or computer) for a better overview they remain consigned to that order
@dBTechnik3264 жыл бұрын
@@MergingTechnologies No I am referring to the order within each group, say within the Sources group on an Anubis. I added another source and it sorts at the end of the group instead of alphabetical within the group.
@MergingTechnologies4 жыл бұрын
@@dBTechnik326 you may re-order them in the source menu of Anubis with the up/down arrows
@dBTechnik3264 жыл бұрын
@@MergingTechnologies They are sorted correctly in Anubis sources list but not reflected in Aneman.
