I finally have my own pole at home. Most classes are very fast and they lack detail. I am so happy that I found your channel here and I will keep on practicing with your videos. I love how you go into every detail, how you show the differents steps of each figure and especially, that you show both sides, which is rare. You are very focused on your "trainee", they way you talk and really present the details. And also those little tricks about the "momentum" and the "ladystyling". Thanks for all the effort!!!

wow this is absolutely brilliant tuition this is the sort of the mechanics of the moves i been looking for .Ive been doing pole for quite a while now but had time off about 2 years ago due to injury for one year also finances dictated me not being able to go to class .so i gone right back to basics even though i can do some intermediate moves specifically on static .I like spin better but i feel really clumsy and awkward doing them .My mantra has now become step shift weight which seems to be helping .

I have scoliosis and for some reason both of my legs go to the left and I can’t get the pole to be on the inside if you know what I mean. I’ve been a dancer for years and struggling with it. My knees always go together and I don’t know if it has something to do with my back but that’s why I was asking your advice because you are a pole instructor and you seem to be a very nice woman, so your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. ❤

I struggle with reverse backhook. The instructor I had told me basically pull away from the pole and my leg needed to be as high as my waist. I notice you and other polers don’t hold your leg as high and also hop onto the pole a little. I’ll try it that way to see if that makes it easier...
@AneteBlaua3 жыл бұрын
There techniques can have small differencies, it depends on the instructor :) Hope you’ll nail this💜

I am begginer most of time my spinning very fast and I still don't know how to control slow down 😒
@AneteBlaua2 жыл бұрын
Move slow, every movement on spin pole should be done very slow, the more you extend the slower pole spins, the closer you get to it the faster it spins. So just make the moment of extension longer, and it will help you start to control the spin pole.
