Agree. Her role in Nightwish after Tarja era was very very unapericiative, because even if angel came to sing there, will be hated. It wasnt about Anette, it was about sadness, that Tarja left. For me, Anette was great singer, only it wasnt good timings for her.

Anette has a unique timbre of voice, I recognize her voice among thousands of others. So she doesn't have to hit the highest note in the world or sing "Phantom of the Opera" for me to enjoy her vocals I will always be grateful to Anette for showing the songs from Tarja's era in a new way, and some of these songs I listen to only in Anette's interpretation Songs such as: Storytime, Amaranth, Meadows of Heaven, Eva, Sahara, Scaretale, Slow Love Slow, Whoever Brings the Night, The Crow, the Owl and the Dove, Rest Calm, I want my tears back, Cadence of Her Last Breath, Turn loose the mermaids - these songs will forever be Anette's songs as her timbre of voice is perfect for them I am truly happy for Anette. This album is killer! By far the best one she’s ever put out solo or with any of her former bands in my opinion. The music composition was superb, her voice; spectacular on every song, and the lyrics were bold as ever. Songs like Greedy World and We Pray For Peace showcased the versatility of her voice and vocal range, sounding very much like she had in Scaretale in the former and as though she had morphed into Lacuna Coil in the latter. Her lyrics were brave, bold and unapologetic to both her faith and political stance. GOOD! BRAVO! I mean, look at some of the negative comments. I can just visualize these people squirming in their seats. It’s freaking wonderful! Nice touch in this video with the baptismal shirt. I didn’t even know that’s what it was until my husband pointed it out to me. I say go one step further and become the Tom Macdonald of Metal, sister! You are radiant in Yashua’s light. And it shows in both videos and in your performance of all the songs on this album. Ignore all the haters and follow that voice you’re singing about. It won’t lead you astray.

Why are you here? To meet the only true God Jesus Christ. He loves you, and according to the scriptures he died for your sins, was buried and rose from the dead for your justification. You only have to believe in Him and what he did for you and you'll get saved forever in a moment you believe it. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: John 11:25 KJV But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Romans 4:5 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 KJV Jesus did everything to save those who are lost, you only need to believe in Him because of what he did for you and you've gained eternal life.

I did not care much for the last song, but this one is beautiful. Very effective melody. It plays to Anette's strengths which are ballads that let her voice breath. I got Shine and it is still her best work. She is remarkably resilient. Being a nurse, mother and singer it is not for everyone. Not at all. And if she is proud of her faith, more power to her. Nothing to be ashamed of. Truly beautiful song.
