Dinakdakan is a delicious mix of beef liver and pork belly, excellent with rice or even by itself! Often used as a "pulutan" (finger food while drinking) because of it's perfect creaminess and spiciness! I could barely handle the spice in this one! FILIPINO DINAKDAKAN:
1-2lbs pork belly
1lb atay ng baka (beef or pig liver)
1 small red onion
1 tbsp bawang (garlic)
1-4 small red chilis
1 tbsp toyo (soy sauce)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tbsp maanghang na suka (spicy vingegar)
Paminta (black pepper)
1tbsp star margarine or any oil
1/4-1/2 cup of mayonnaise
