Balang araw makikita naten ang mga Pilipino na aangat ang antas ng buhay. Hindi lang dapat puro foreigner at mayayaman makikinabang. Kung Pinoy ka at nababasa mo ito, sana matuto ka pa mangarap ng mataas at matayog. Ituloy mo lang ang iyong pagsisikap.

@@amilbuhay161 Ikaw ang walang alam. Wala akong sinabi na walang mayayaman na Pilipino pero mas marami ang namumuhay lang sa minimum at below minimum wage. Unequal paren ang wealth distribution sa bansa, mga Pilipino na walang kakayanan bumili ng sariling bahay, mataas ang binabayan sa bilihin, ospital etc. At wag kang bulag, maraming palaboy, illegal settlers at nangangamuhan sa ibang bansa. Yan ba matatawag mo na maraming mayaman? Magising ka sa kinatutulugan mo. Ang punto ko hindi lang ganito ang kakayanan ng mga Pilipino. Mas marami pa tayong kayang gawin.

@@amilbuhay161 Actually tama siya na hindi napakalaki ng problem sa distribution of wealth. Though, kahit mga hindi nga ganon kayaman ngayon nakaka-afford na rin sa mga ganito.

I know progress does not happen overnight but I've noticed the slow pace of the relocation of the illegal settlers occupying the rest of Vertis North. I hope they find a strategy to speed up the process to maximize the full potential of that development and also, to contribute to the national economy and recovery. 👊👍👌👋

Sana kung di lang sakop ng malaking fault, matagal na nakabuild ng 400m na building. The only way to build it and safest construction at hindi prone sa bagyo ay yung palawan, even palawan can build up to 800m, kung gagawin nga lang business district yung puerto prinsesa, sa maynila at cebu bawal talaga yung 400m due to the typhoon at ring of fire

Amazing how the transformation is. I haven't seen nor remember what it was with those shanties but they do look alike anywhere in the world. This development should make better the Philippines' image abroad where there is constant disparaging remarks about the country's city slums.

san na naman kaya ni relocate ang mga pobreng squaters.. at homeless...wala man lang maririnig na quality housing projects ang city na ito,so that ma minimize ang mga constituents nya na nagbibuild ng mga shanty houses kung saansaan,besides sa laki ng tax collection na nakukuha should do something for his people ,relocate homeless within the city, di yung sa far flung places na walang proper water and electricity facilities bukod pa sa malalayo sa tabaho and yung iba walang source of income na pag aaplayan ,so lalong gutum at kamiserablihan ang inaabot, kaya yung iba binebenta then back again ,binoto at inilukluk ang isang tingin nila makakatulong sa kanila na mga mostly mahihirap, then pagnakaupo na prioritize pala eh mayayaman at di ang service to the people sad but almost true that this is happening...if they build quality housing projects di nman kailangan na libre ,create rules na they can follow and rent to own scheme if possible...

Just send them to their home provinces. Noong bata kami napaka linis ng QC at very peaceful hanggang magka roon na ng influx ng informal settlers buhat sa ibat ibang provinces. Dapat linisin ng LGU ang govt center at ibalik ang dating QC.
