This is how my recipe and how I cook the famous and all- time favorite ng mga Pinoy ang Adobong Pata ng baboy or Paksiw na Pata ng Baboy.

Ingredients:
1 kg pork leg chops
Hot water
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup vinegar
1 bulb garlic
5 pcs star anise
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
Bayu leaves
Crushed pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
200 grams fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp catsup
Procedure:
✔️ Heat a pan. While on hight heat pan sear the pork legs.
✔️Add hot water
✔️Add the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, star anise, soy sauce, bay leaves, crushed pepper & brown sugar
✔️Cover & simmer over medium heat for 1 hour or until the pork legs are soft and tender.
✔️From time to time, flip the pork legs to evenly cook the sides
✔️add the fresh mushrooms & catsup
✔️ Serve hot. Enjoy!
