@37:00 - @37:37. I believe it’s because some people have tried the free thing before and they weren’t taken seriously. I’ve tried with my initial clients before and most of them didn’t take me seriously in real estate investing. I’ve also gone broke before because of it. Now I have to charge to keep me from putting myself in that situation ever again. So I understand both views on this.
