ANGEL ISLAND - SAN FRANCISCO'S NATURE GETAWAY - 2019 travel vlog

Today we are exploring one of San Francisco's hidden gems, Angel Island State Park which is a natural getaway in the midst of the urban city.
To get there, we take a 12-minute ferry from Tiburon to Angel Island State Park. The island is filled with fun, adventure, and American history. We explore the island by bike and ride along the scenic 5-mile perimeter trail to experience the 360-degree views of the bay area-San Francisco skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, Richmond Bridge, Tiburon, San Francisco, and the bay.
The island is also known for its American history as it was once an Immigration Station that processed over one million immigrants to the USA. We tour the historic sights where the immigrants stayed on their journey to America.
