Iconic and beautiful in a hardh northern manner, better than a silly fairy tale angel, it reflects the steel works, the industries and the hardness of the true northern folk. perfectly.

I'm from the United states, I'd never heard of this statue until I saw it on Geordie Shore LOL. Looks really cool though.

Theres a bit of info about it next yo the statue irl. It shows you that it just has very deep foundations. The image it shows looks like its foundations go underground about as deep as the visible statue is high.

A really great video, my compliment. We also visited the angel in the summer and were very enthusiastic about this monument. For my travel movie I would like to use a few scenes of this fantastic clip. Could I get permission from you? Thanks for your reply and all the best for the next shots from AlexonRoad

Yikes, what an eyesore over a beautiful landscape. I hope the people that live around it like it though.

Creepy. Not really very Angelic at all.... there's an uncomfortable machine-like aspect to the squared off wings. Unholy.

Maybe creepy is the best word. Beware of angels in the tech/info age of our world
