Angel's Gear is a horror-themed metroidvania game developed by Scumhead, a studio known for creating spooky pixel-art games.
The Gear, a weapon of mass destruction created by two evil brothers spread a mechanical disease that devours all types of matter. In a desperate attempt to gather more fuel, it invaded a new dimension called The Godhead.
✔️ To get the "True ending", you need to finish all the side quests (by giving items collected after boss fights to NPCs), you get a different cutscene and an epilogue revealing what happened after The Gear was defeated.

Angels gear is a game I watched and something inside of it resonated with me. It takes part of how I wish this world could change, Heathcliff is not evil fsr from it. Instead, he is a man warped by anger for a squabble of kings that doomed millions to die. Locke is a man who also hated the way things were were but instead of letting his anger consume him, he instead used it to end the war and then Heathcliff unleashed his work. The gear is a warning to what technology can do, in the hands of the wrong person it can be made into an all consuming weapon, while the Soldier is an example of what humans can do, that in the face of impossible odds we might prevail with hope, that I'd what Id and superego are, they are the beliefs that drive us forward in the face of adverse odds. Perhaps this game doesn't have so deep a meaning, but that doesn't mean I and others can't find meaning inside the game. I hate the world for how it is now, a world filled with violence of man, his greed, and his lust for power but I love it for all it has to offer, because though we live in a world shaped by our senseless fighting we also live in a world shaped by our connection, caring, and love for one other too thst although we may fight that there is still beauty in this world. The ending g is good too, Locke and Heathcliff were once brothers working together and caring for each other but war destroyed their home, a war fought for a squabble of kings and Heathcliff destroyed their world, Locke knew that rhiguh the world was filled with violence that there was good in it too, but Heathcliff was shortsighted he saw the war and the world as the same thing rather than the war being a conflict of humans he saw it as a part of the world and he destroyed the world because of it. The yimmane Brothers were both geniuses both once human both consumed by their creations but whereas Locke sacrificed himself to his creation to stop his brother Heathcliff sacrificed himself to make his creation destroy everything it touched except for himself and his brother and in the end that was his downfall a monster he made himself, and a monster he made that ended him both are very human characters gifted with power beyond human capabilities and both dimensions were filled with war driven by the human ego but in the end if we can overcome our anger at each other over our differences then we can forge love and bonds that last beyond eternity. That is what we humans should strive for, not for money, not for gain, but for love love each other and love despite differences. In the end he realized he had become a monster, that by creating the gear an unliving disease that consumes all in its wake and unleashing it even as the war was over, even as his only family pleaded for him not to unleash it. He is a case of if you live long enough you'll see yourself become a monster. He became so obsessed with the vear and his hatred that he couldn't understand that the world wasn't evil and he broke it and would've broken countless other worlds had he only realized that the gear was not everything and that even if there is violence in the world there is still love, in family, in friends, in each other that though we may have our differences and fight that we still have each other at the end of the day. This is why he apologized at the end he realized the monster he made the monster he became and that in his hatred of conflict and war he made a war so much bigger than just the war he was affected by, whereas he was warped by a war of nations he warped a world and caused a war of world's without realizing that by doing as he thought would bring peace and an end that he brought about the very horrors if not greater horrors he so feared and then hated. In end it's our trying to avoid conflict that really makes us fight than facing it head on and resolving the conflict before it blows up in a war of nuclear flame. By avoiding conflict we merely let the fuse burn whereas by working out the differences peacefully and cordially do we avoid the war. It's why the U.S was dragged into ww1 and ww2 by standing by we let the war blow up in our face at the start, this is why even though the U.N may appear more like squabbling children that by being as it is now is how it's meant to actually defeat its enemies and defuse conflict. It's the concert of Europe worldwide and made sustainable.
