She's got a powerful voice already which still needs to be coached for further improvements. Also, more importantly, a little bit of personality needs to be added to be an internationally marketable and sellable product.

Even if recording companies are not interested, with all the software we now have and cheap powerful laptops, isn't it ok if she do her voice recording herself at home, set up a website, make money out of her songs, then later on start doing tours. The world has evolved, we are now in 2012. Bowing and begging in front of large monopole companies is no more relevant in the digital world!
