There are many children and young people who have been saved by this song, in Japan. Btw, Fujii Kaze, who you also love, had a special crush on Angela Aki when he was an elementary school boy. In his live streaming in January 2022, he said, ”好きすぎてあまり歌えない (I love Angela too much to sing her songs)” It's moving to see how great artists connect with the next generation of artists. Your kind eyes warmed my heart too. Thank you! (sorry, I'm using a translator)

When I first saw her sing this song on TV a long time ago, I was moved to tears. Kaze Fujii also likes her and he is very influenced by her.

Angela Aki!!!!! Ohmygosh! I have missed listening to her. She has such a beautiful voice. I find that many, if not all, of Angela Aki's songs tend to be uplifting and hopeful. Even if you don't know the lyrics, the sound, tone of the music and voice just feels like a hug and a hand helping you up. I love her so much. I know now what I'll listen to on repeat this weekend!

Hi it is me once more here. There is a bit extensive about the Japanese culture. More than just Dear the wording is kind of respectful or honorable who is reading this letter. Usually when “Talking” to oneself and younger ones, the older ones in a higher hierarchy position do not need to be so respectful. So by doing so it is also meant to boost one’s self confidence and respect be proud of oneself whatever and however. In convention Chinese, Japanese and Korean people are educated to hold low self esteem and assume blames of being not good enough giving oneself too much stress and pressures burdensome. And it makes sense that Kaze Fuji’s “Working Hard” also kind of sounds back accordingly to this influential song.
