Congratulations to C.E. Alsobrooks for winning the nomination! If she wins the Senate position, then her #1 focus needs to be the economy & real issues that affect everyone. Getting an abortion is not a top priority--especially since Maryland is no longer controlled by Republicans. As Dr. Claud Anderson said, Black Folks need to stop focusing on horizontal issues & only focus on vertical ones.

What was her track record in PG County? What positive effect did she have on the county? Why are people voting for someone because they are a WOC and Democrat, rather than their track record and whether they are qualified based on their track record? That's like a loan officer giving someone a loan, even when they have terrible credit. It doesn't make sense. But, most people who vote Democrat seem to lack sense.

Miss ma’am, while you’re up there fighting for abortion rights, how about including your sisters dealing with infertility. What about ALL women reproductive rights. I’m trying to get pregnant with little to no assistance with the health insurance I pay for and you’re fighting for abortion rights… make it sense. That’ll be a start to win my vote.
