I have come to realize that since at least 1967 the American Middle East foreign policy has been dictated for the benefit of a group that represents 2.5% of the population. I have supported Israel as a bulwark of democracy in the past but when their government takes on a 30 eyes for an eye ratio of retaliation it is time to reassess my support for Israel at least until a two state solution is in place and Netanyahu is out of office. I tuned out the MSM years ago and rarely ever watch any of their so called "news coverage". I've mostly turned to online sources from all sides. I am conservative on certain issues and liberal on others. There is no need to play into the tribalism that the MSM has been pushing for years.
