Here is where Jenny Huang's fatal flaw came home to roost. She lacked a good long-range weapon to force the action, so Lee was always attacking on her own terms. Huang has good counters and throws, but since Lee was always attacking on her own terms she never got to use them. Huang is able to capitalize on the mistakes of lower level opponents, but Lee never gave her that opportunity and Huang looked completely helpless for most of the fight.

Jenny looked scare from the start. What was her game plans? She is a grappler but clearly fear Angela's grappling more because she didn't even try to take her down when the striking went totally south. But if she doesn't go for take down she must of worked on her striking and yet she look amateur at that. Anyhow, Angela looked as great as ever.

Sooo.... petition for UFC to add womens atom weight class so the world can see the greatness that is Angela Lee? And all the other super tough ladies in that division. All of her fights I've seen have been hard fought wins but she's just an absolute monster in that cage. Unbelievable finesse in all areas, and easily one of the best grapplers I've ever seen.

Mainly cause Angela kept it to a striking fight, didn't give Huang ta chance to bring it to the ground all the way until the last round where Angela personallt brought it to the ground at a very advantageous position.

in2food Because Angela's bread and butter has traditionally been judo and BJJ so she doesn't want to come at her that way. I think Hwuang's gameplan was to try to win it in stand-up and she wasn't expecting Lee to show this level of striking.

I also think that Huangs staying in turtle in the end - a little bit comes also from a judo background, since you could stall out in judo. of course a fresh fighter wouldnt do it like that but i felt that in this stage of the fight, where huang was already barely hanging on.. it was like her judo instincts of survival came back..

Shes learning a lot at her young age, a few more years and she may compete in the top of the UFC division. Lots of little things she needs to tighten up but I am sure she will. I would suggest a Jackson/Winkeljohn evaluation for her, to let her know where she really is, as she hasn't had much competition to date.

still another opponent that is sub par. Super hesitant, tight and couldn't receive or dish out any punishment well. She's obviously better than all her opponents and is a good fighter, however angela is not fighting anyone worth mentioning so her unbeaten record doesn't mean that much so far. Until she gets out of an asian league and fights top tier fighters, can't really say shes really that good yet.
