This interview was so incredible and so insightful she reminds me of an Angela Davis back in the day just in a different way, she could’ve been her mother Angela Davis that is, because Angela was a fair skin woman she really had to prove herself in the liberationist, black panther party and her and Bobby seals start the afterschool food program so that we could eat decent food, I really love to see the side of her, and I know that I need her food in my life making 50 years old so many things that my body has changed that I want to told myself I don’t wanna be one of those type of old people, I hope the sister has a cookbook

This interview started out really good, but it quickly went south. I feel bad for her, because she wanted to talk about her journey in life. Also she wanted to talk about health, and what she has learned about health and the human body, her son, and all the interviewer wanted to talk about was one small part of her whole career and experience in this life. It was kind of off-putting. She is an amazing soul!

I had that same thought initially, but realized this is a comedy channel. Whether intentional or not, the interviewer definitely missed an opportunity to provide the listeners with even more life changing information. I'm grateful for what she was able to convey and that at least he didn't interrupt her much. Overall, one of the best interviews I've ever listened to because of the life changing info she shared!
