By the way, Ukrainian ex-President Mr. Poroshenko, who actually signed the Minsk agreements, has recently confessed that they were never going to honor them and used them just to gain time for preparing their army to secure military solution to the Donbas conflict, so they were never peace-oriented and aspiring in the first place, but the worst thing is that EU brokered such bogus agreements, though hypocritically calling for peace

Couldn't he have figured out, before he signed Minsk, that nobody in Ukraine was EVER going to fulfill its terms? Why would they have? It was not in their interest to do so. Merkel and Hollande wanted to buy time. So did Poroshenko. And so did Putin for that matter. He knew that Ukraine was never going to change its constitution and give that kind of autonomy to Donbas. Putin simply wanted an agreement that would never be fulfilled so he could get his casus belli. And he got it...

But USA failed to provide it in actual cost and actual time to EU. SO EU ally in backend withdraw it support with USA -So further or Time laps the Ukraine will drastically loses support from Western Countries -Now Ukraine situation is like Tissue paper/ Lunch plate... after use it's place will be in bin.. -The countries presidents first priority is to protect the Lives(People) of the country .. either by these steps, method 1) talk 2) Divide the opponent 3)Punish the opponent. Mr Zelensky gone for step3) without doing step1) and Step2. So now if he is doing Step1) who will replace the cost of lives? -At least before Vanishing all, he can save remaining Lives by step1 compromising with current loss. -If he want without compromising the current geographical lose then he has to wait until he becomes independent to punish the opponent. If you really want to know the cause of this war, Putin told us in his essay he wrote on Ukraine in 2021 titled ”On the Historical Unity of Russians and Ukrainians“. You can easily find it online; in fact it's required reading for Russian officers. In his essay he says Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia have been one country for more than 5,000 years since Kievan-Rus times and they are only separate now because the founders of the USSR made the "mistake" of chopping them up into separate states under the union in 1922 which became sovereign after the union was disbanded in 1991. He says when that happened Russia was "robbed." And he also says that Ukrainians are really Russians that speak 2 languages, and that them starting to deny their roots and Russian language and Russian orthodox church and become "ethnically pure" Ukrainians who want to join the EU is "comparable to the use of weapons of mass destruction" on Russia because it will wipe out millions of Russians from the Earth.

The video lied almost on all key accounts. The Maidan was not a movement. The Maidan's purpose was not to remove Yanukovich, the protesting Ukrainians wanted their govt sign the EU-UKR association agreement, so Ukraine has a path to join the EU like many other European countries did. Yanukovich was not removed; he diverted to Russia, i.e. he betrayed his country and left her without President. So, the Parliament in according to the Constitution placed a temporary acting president and appointed new elections for May 2014, which took place in time, fairly and freely.

Zеlеnsky received 73% of the votes of the people of Ukrаinе in the presidential election because he promised to stop the war in the Donbas.(he promised a lot of course other than that) Many journalists have been killed in Ukrаinе, and all media, except government, are banned? Not one killer, not imprisoned. The one of the first laws that was adopted by those who came as a result of the bloody соup before the "annexation" of Crimеа and the wаr in the Dоnbаs, on Februаry 23, 2014, was a law that abolished the Russiаn language in Ukrаinе, the native language for residents of Crimеа, Dоnbаss and other cities. The Ukrаiniаn regime аmnеstied itself after a bloody military coup, the UN recommended that Ukrаinе repeal this law. Because it interferes with the investigation of crimes on the Маidаn. Who was the sniper who killed people on the Маidаn? In September 2014, a bill on amnesty for war crimes committed during a military operation in the east of the country was submitted to the Rаdа of Ukrаinе. so the military pilot who bombed the children's beach in Zugrеs on August 13, where there were only children, will not be convicted of crimes. For 8 years of "friendship" between Ukrаinе and the US, Ukrаinе is the poorest and most corrupt country in Eurоpе in 2021. With military laboratories and NATO military bases. IMF loans. In 1994, residents of Crimеа went to rallies demanding that the government deal with the Nazis who threaten them. In 2006, residents of Crimеа went to a rally and did not allow NАTO and Ukrаiniаn military exercises in Crimеа. Anyone who dares to doubt that Ukrаinе is a "victim", and NATO just "passed by", and has nothing to do with the war, is "Russiаn propаgаnda" The end.

How would you find out? I am from Odessa city, no one I know supported maidan, nobody supported bombing donbass but lots of people left in following years, just immigrated to other countries myself included. Lots of people from other regions moved into Odessa for economical reasons so population ideas changed as well. Russia has no good options left in Ukraine because of how stupidly they handled the situation from the very beginning and because of corrupted elites within Russia itself. They are doomed either way. If they win this war and take territories they want, they will have to deal with very hostile population or literally excile those who don't support them. And that will be a majority after they bombed a shit out of mainly Russian-speaking regions. They are so doomed

Except the Minsk Agreements were put in place because Russia invaded Ukraine! Russia accepted Ukraine's independence, accepted Ukraine's borders, accepted her territorial integrity, and - get this - signed the Budapest memorandum in 1994 promising to protect Ukraine's borders. IN EXCHANGE Ukraine gave up all her nuclear weapons. Once she was disarmed, Russia invaded and put in place a number of "little green men" in the Donbas and elsewhere to foment civil war. Yes, after Minsk in 2014, after Russia had stolen the Crimea in an unprovoked and illegal annexation, Ukraine was helped to strengthen her armed forces. Why? Because Russia had demonstrated bad faith and it was clear Putin wanted to steal the whole country.

false on almost all key accounts. To name just a few: he Maidan's purpose was not to remove Yanukovich, the protesting Ukrainians wanted their govt sign the EU-UKR association agreement, so Ukraine has a path to join the EU like many other European countries did. The USA had no effect on the situation before Russia started annexation of Crimea, then Obama intervened demanding Ukraine not to resist. Ukraine was never stateless, Yanukovich controlled the situation up until he diverted to Russia, 22-23 Feb 2014, ~ 47 hours after Russian Special Operation forces entered Crimea and began ceasing Ukraine's offices and officials loyal to Ukraine. Yanukovich was not removed; he diverted to Russia, i.e. he betrayed his country and left her without President. So, the Parliament in according to the Constitution placed a temporary acting president and appointed new elections for May 2014, which took place in time, fairly and freely.

whats the use, pakistan is radically brainwashed to hate others from school books itself. thinks building other faith temples itself is crime but made nation over donated land on indus heeritage civilizational lands. 2nd century stone age mindset nation in 21st century. is hateing the only solution, why isnt mutual respect not taught amongst same race ppl, why should i hate you. what drives this much hate that none got punised for crimes over bangladesh genocide over hindus and bengali nationalists. for still how many years will this hate seeds continue. pak needs to teach mutual respect and harmony towards other faiths ppl.

thank you Sir! you've done a better job than hundreds of columnists, media outlets, historians, and geopolitical analysts who all too often espouse the version of political convenience 👏👏
